About Us

We are a small, locally run business that has a love for our Ross community and the nature we are surrounded by. As cyclists ourselves, believe in the importance of cycling for your health, both mentally and physically. Our shop gets its name from the iconic film Breaking Away.

The mechanics in the shop have decades of combined experience repairing, maintaining, and building all types of bikes. They have performed virtual repairs on just about every brand of bike. No service job is too big or too small! 

As riders, we understand the frustration of bike damages, especially in a place like Marin County with such beautiful trails and roads. We do everything possible to get your bike up and running quickly and efficiently so you can get back to biking!
